Shaun Scott's journey to becoming a business coach began in the corporate world, where he spent years building and leading sales teams in the SaaS industry. Known for his strategic mindset and ability to inspire growth, Shaun quickly climbed the ranks, but he found his real passion in helping others unlock their potential. After witnessing the transformative power of strong leadership and the right guidance, he felt a calling to shift his focus from scaling businesses to mentoring the people behind them.

As Shaun continued to develop his leadership philosophy, he realized that true success wasn’t just about numbers—it was about people. This revelation led him to immerse himself in learning the best coaching practices, blending his experience in sales and management with a genuine desire to empower others. Shaun decided to make the leap into business coaching, confident that his knowledge could not only drive profitability but also foster personal growth in the entrepreneurs and executives he worked with.

Shaun Scott is a highly accomplished Executive Sales Leader and business coach with a distinguished 25-year career in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry. Known for his people-first culture and proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams, Shaun's expertise lies in formulating and executing effective sales strategies, developing talent, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Shaun's notable career includes progressive leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Paycor, Benefitfocus Inc., and ADP. At Paycor, he played a crucial role in shaping and executing strategies that led to rapid growth ahead of the company's IPO, successfully building and managing a large team focused on cultivating a strong company culture while consistently exceeding revenue targets.

In his role as Vice President of Channel Sales at Benefitfocus, Shaun reinvigorated an underperforming sales team and implemented a partnership program that significantly boosted revenue. His leadership efforts resulted in the growth of the current broker program, which now boasts over 800 enrolled brokers, highlighting his ability to drive business growth through strategic initiatives.

During his 17-year tenure at ADP, Shaun held various leadership positions where he consistently delivered exceptional results, including significant revenue growth, market leadership, and team development. He is recognized for his strategic thinking, talent management skills, and ability to build robust relationships with clients and colleagues.

A proud graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Shaun currently resides in Nashville, TN, with his wife, Lindsay, their two young sons, Hudson and Carter, and their beloved lab/retriever mix, Craftsman. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys coaching his sons in baseball and football, reflecting his commitment to nurturing the next generation. Shaun is also an enthusiastic supporter of the Indiana Hoosiers and the Indianapolis Colts.
