Shaun's notable career includes progressive leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Paycor, Benefitfocus Inc., and ADP. At Paycor, he played a crucial role in shaping and executing strategies that led to rapid growth ahead of the company's IPO, successfully building and managing a large team focused on cultivating a strong company culture while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
In his role as Vice President of Channel Sales at Benefitfocus, Shaun reinvigorated an underperforming sales team and implemented a partnership program that significantly boosted revenue. His leadership efforts resulted in the growth of the current broker program, which now boasts over 800 enrolled brokers, highlighting his ability to drive business growth through strategic initiatives.
During his 17-year tenure at ADP, Shaun held various leadership positions where he consistently delivered exceptional results, including significant revenue growth, market leadership, and team development. He is recognized for his strategic thinking, talent management skills, and ability to build robust relationships with clients and colleagues.
A proud graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Shaun currently resides in Nashville, TN, with his wife, Lindsay, their two young sons, Hudson and Carter, and their beloved lab/retriever mix, Craftsman. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys coaching his sons in baseball and football, reflecting his commitment to nurturing the next generation. Shaun is also an enthusiastic supporter of the Indiana Hoosiers and the Indianapolis Colts.
